Mobile Homes

Positioned on the highest point of our traditional farm, with stunning views of the coast and countryside, our comfortable mobile homes are fully equipped, ideal for your family holiday, sleeping up to eight. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double and 2 twin. The dining area also adapts to provide a spacious double bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, hand basin and shaver point. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your catering needs and leads onto a dining/lounge area with colour television. Some are non smoking/ no pets, in others pets and smoking permitted.

Disability friendly

We have a 3 bedroom Mobile Home, which is fully adapted to accommodate wheelchairs. There are also 3 wheelchair friendly/ family wash rooms. Wheelchair facilities and access to picturesque viewing areas on site. The first camping barn in Cornwall is at Treloan and also caters for semi-disabled people.

Caravan and Camping

There are 49 touring / camping pitches, including 8 hardstanding, available for use all year.

Each pitch is approx. 15sq m. and marked from corner to corner, with 13 amp electrical hook up if required. Water taps are regularly spaced, close to the pitches. Plenty of hot water is always available for showers, washing and dishes. There is also a charged laundry service available at the farm house. Cars can be parked next to your tent / caravan or in the designated parking areas.

Pitches are available from 2 pm and should be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. Arrangements can always be made for early arrivals and late departures, our gate never closes. Pets are welcome at a small charge, a poop scoop and close control policy operates in all areas of the farm Prices, see tariff, are per pitch per night and cover 2 adults, a tent, caravan or campervan, 1 car plus an awning, a small pup tent (in high season a charge is made for awnings and pup tents). Extra vehicles, boats or trailers are welcome by arrangement 

River Moorings

We have our own tidal moorings, close to the farm. Free launching of boats from near by slipways at Treloan, Portscatho, Percuil, Fro or Place. Please enquire when booking, customers must  supply a copy of their insurance.

Backpackers

Backpackers are particularly welcome at Treloan Coastal Farm, being situated on the S.W. Coastal Footpath with all the facilities needed for comfort and relaxation. Facilities include free use of showers, hand basins and dish washing area. A luggage transfer facility is also available.

Camping Barn

This is equivalent to a stone tent. It is NOT a bunk house nor a hostel. Visitors need to bring all their usual camping gear, minus the tent.
