	Wireless/Cyberspace We have a new Internet station located at the farmhouse/reception. We also have wireless connections for laptops. All at £2.50 per hour. *Pitches* There are 62 touring/camping pitches, including 8 hardstandings. Each pitch is up to approx. 14 sq. m. and marked from corner to corner. Please enquire *Super-pitches* Most pitches can be upgraded to 'Super Pitch' status to include hardstanding & connections to fresh water in, grey water out, toilet, telephone & modem etc. Please state when booking. *Backpacker's pitches* Back packer's £5 low season, £7 high season, per pitch based on one adult. Additional people at tariff rates. *Facilities* No charge for the use of two heated facility blocks with showers, toilets and basins, disability/family wash rooms, dishwashing facility and ice pack service. *Pup tents & Awnings* £1 each per night high season (15th July - 1st September). No charge in low season. *Pets are welcome* £1 per pet, per night. A poop scoop and close control policy operates in all areas of the farm. *River Moorings* We have our own tidal river moorings in the Percuil estuary, close to the farm. Public slipways close by at:- Treloan, Portscatho, Fro, Percuil & Place. Please enquire when booking. *Leisure Activities* *& Disabled Access* Walking, biking, fishing, canoeing, sailing, wildlife and heritage studies riding. Farm activities include:- Working Shires, milking Jersey cows, egg collecting etc. Wheelchair facilities and access to picturesque viewing areas .etc. Please enquire for further details of these services. *Walking distance* Within 5-10 minutes, Our own beaches, the South West Coast path, the Cornish fishing villages of Portscatho & Gerrans, with churches, shops, pubs, galleries, beaches, harbour & restaurant. (We also have our own farm catering van on site). Please note It is the visitor's responsibility to arrange their own caravan / motor-home / tent/boat insurance.

Prices are per pitch per night and covers 2 adults, a tent, caravan or campervan, plus one car.

For the high season (14 July - 1 Sept) the full balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.

We advise all visitors to make a provisional booking to avoid disappointment during the high season. This will be held for one week prior to receipt of deposit.

Booking Deposit

A £40 per week non-refundable deposit is required when booking, with the balance due on arrival. We recommend you take out holiday insurance as deposits cannot be refunded.

Camping Barn

NB- This is simply equivalent to a stone tent. It is NOT a bunk house nor a hostel.

Visitors need to bring all their usual camping gear, minus the tent. The tariff is £6 per adult low season, £8 high season. Children 3 - 14 yrs £4 per night. Pets £1 per pet per night. Discounts available for group bookings.

We also offer storage and a variety of longer term facilities for Tents, Caravans Boats etc. Please enquire

Groundsheets - We prefer the use of ventilated ground sheets, NOT plastic, as it destroys the grass - any problems please contact us.
