We have a 3 bedroom home, which is fully adapted to accommodate wheelchairs, please see Disability access below for other facilities.

Linen

All except cot linen and towels are provided.

Cots / High chairs

A hire service is available, High Chairs £10 & Cots £14 per week, please bring your own cot linen.

Electricity / Gas

Electricity is metered, payable on departure. Gas is included in the price.

Pets are welcome in some mobile homes at £12 per pet/per week

Dogs must not be left in unattended homes or allowed onto uncovered furniture, (customers are responsible for providing suitable dog covers). A poop scoop and close control policy operates in all areas of the farm.

River Moorings

We have our own tidal river moorings in the Percuil estuary, close to the farm. Public slipways are close by at:- Treloan, Portscatho, Fro, Percuil & Place. Please enquire when booking. Customers must supply a copy of their insurance.

Leisure Activities & Disability access

Walking, biking, fishing, canoeing, sailing, wildlife and heritage studies, riding & Farm activities include:- Working Shires, milking Jersey Cows, egg collecting etc. Wheelchair facilities and access to picturesque viewing areas etc. Please enquire for further details of these services.

Walking distance

Within 5 to 10 minutes, our own beaches, the South West Coast path, the Cornish fishing villages of Portscatho & Gerrans, with churches, pubs, galleries, beaches, harbour & restaurant. (We have our own farm catering van on site)

Prices are per week and cover up to 6 people and one car. For extra adults, vehicles, boats, trailers, etc, see the camping tariff.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is requested when booking to secure your stay. The full balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Cheques should be made payable to 'Treloan Coastal Farm Holidays'

A further deposit of £200 is requested on arrival, in the form of cheque or cash, to cover potential damage, non returned keys etc. This deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure if all is in order.

We advise all visitors to make a provisional booking to avoid disappointment during the high season. This will be held for one week prior to receipt of deposit.
