Our new luxury mobile homes are positioned on the highest point of our traditional farm, with stunning views of the coast and countryside. They are self-catering and fully equipped, ideal for your family holiday, sleeping up to ten. They have double glazing and electric central heating throughout making them comfortable all year round.


There are 3 bedrooms; 1 double room, 1 with 2 single beds and the third with the choice of a double or two single beds (also has a bunk). The lounge area will also adapt to provide a spacious double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your catering needs, and leads onto a dining area and a lounge with a colour television. We have a 3 bedroom home, which is fully adapted to accommodate wheelchairs and those with access needs.

We provide all bedding and linen; towels and cot linen are NOT provided. Cots (£14 per week) and high chairs (£10 per week) are available to hire. Electricity is metered and is payable on departure. Gas is included in the price.

Arrival and Departure times
Arrival time = 3 pm (1500)
Departure time = 10 am (1000)

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is requested when booking to secure your stay. The full balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

A further deposit of £100 is requested on arrival, in the form of a cheque or cash to cover potential damage, non returned keys etc. This deposit will be returned one week after departure if all is in order.

Pets are welcome in some mobile homes at £12 per pet/per week. They must not be left in unattended homes or allowed onto uncovered furniture (customers are responsible for providing suitable dog covers). A poop scoop and close control policy operates in all areas of the farm. If preferrred, we have homes that are non-smoking and no pets.
